You can get a full refund through the same way you had used to pay us.

3. Within how many days can I return the product?

You can take up to 15 days from the date of order to inform us about your likeness to return the product.

4. What is the procedure to return the product?

As long as the product is unopened/unused, you can simply contact us and we will arrange a pick up from your place.

5. Who pays for the shipping to return the product?

We will bear the cost of shipping.

6. What do I do if I am not satisfied with the performance of the product after using it?

Let us know what went wrong. First, let’s try and resolve it together. If the problem still persists, you will get your money back as per our performance guarantee.

7. Can I cancel the order after the products are shipped?

Yes, you can. Please inform us and do not accept the package from our delivery partner.

8. How many days will it take to get my refund?

We will refund the money as soon as we process the order cancellation, and the return shipment is confirmed. The money should reflect in your account in less than 48 hours.

9. Can I track my return?

10. Can my order be replaced/exchanged with another product?
